We have decided as a group to leave on Sunday, Sept 22 - 10:00 am meet time at Twin City Harley- Lakeville.
That day 340 miles to Eagleville, MO for first overnight.
Eagleville, MO to Kansas City - 104 miles, for lunch at Arthur Bryants! BBQ.
On to Noel, MO for overnight.
Tuesday into Fayetteville, AR for camping at The Washington County Fairgrounds.
*** Okay! I made my reservation for BBBQ at the Washington County Fairgrounds. This is only their second year doing this. There are only three other reserved tenters so far. Most importantly there is mass transit available. Sounds like you take a shuttle bus to a train depot, where you ride the rails into Dickson St. (Dickson St like Main St - Sturgis.) All about a 10 minute process, or so he says. His name is Brian, I called 1-800-766-4626. Fayetteville Visitors Center or something. They do the reservations for camping at the Fairgrounds. With over 350,000 attendees the last three years, they haven't been staying here it sounds. Ask him questions. If something don't feel right let me know. According to the BBB Calender, 6:30 to 10:30 Friday night, is People's Choice Public Tasting of the competitors. In the parking lot someplace. So I would like to judge the BBQ and have plenty of beer to rinse out my mouth! Want be a fair judge, you know. I booked Tues-Fri. Should be $65 for two. **

After lunch to Eureka Springs, AR 200 miles for overnight.
Tuesday, 9/23 Eureka Springs, AR to Fayetteville, AR for Rally 45 miles

at 8:00 am. Traveling I35 S to Watkins
Mill State Park, Lawson, MO (420 miles) for overnight.
Weds. Sept. 24 Lawson, MO traveling I35 Through Kansas City to Arthur Bryants! K.C.'s first and original Bar-B-Que restaurant for the best in Bar-B-Que meats! This will be the measure to compare what's offered at the Rally!
After lunch it's onto US 71 into Fayetteville, AR. (240 miles) campground TBA.

Top two campground picks are Steelhorse Adventures 4 miles from Dickson St. where they appear to have their own Rally. $15 per couple per night.
Official BBBBQ Campground $75 per couple for the week. 3 miles from Dickson Street.
Would like to agree upon CG by 1/1/08! With 350,000 in attendance in '06 and limited CGs in the immediate area, I would like to get reservations ASAP!
Three and a half days to enjoy the Rally and surrounding Ozark Mtn. roads!
